Easylink
Easylink is our accessible minibus service. We support service users who find the main bus and tram network difficult to use. Easylink is a door to door service. Whether you are travelling to the shops, a leisure activity, medical appointment or group meeting our friendly and fully trained drivers will make sure your journey is easy and stress free.
How do I become an easylink user?
Becoming a user of easylink is easy, and it is completely free! Once we have received your application, you can book journeys with our team.
If you have a Mobility or Senior Citycard you are eligible, this includes all concessionary bus passes issued by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.

Which areas of Nottingham are covered by easylink?
If you live within the Robin Hood Boundary and struggle to use the main transport network, but do not have a disabled concessionary bus pass please contact us to discuss joining.
What benefits are there for Easylink users?

When is easylink available from?
Easylink is available Monday to Friday. First pick up is at 08:30 and final pick up is 16:00
Easylink is not available at weekends or on recognised UK Bank Holidays
What are the Easylink fares?
When you book with easylink, you will be advised of the cost of each trip.
Service users are entitled to 50% discount off the standard fares when showing a valid concessionary travel pass, please show the driver when boarding the bus.
Any person who accompanies an Easylink service user is able to travel with the user free of charge, but you must advise of the person travelling when making a booking.
- Children under 5 - Free
- Children and young people aged 5-18 - Travel at Mobility Citycard fares
- Non-pass holders - Travel at our standard fare
Cancellation charge
If your trip is not required, please contact us and cancel at least 24 hours before travelling. If you do not cancel your journey, you will be charged for your journey, which will be collected the next time you travel.
How do I book a journey?
Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance for social or shopping journeys.
If you have a medical appointment, then this can be booked 7 days in advance.

You can also book journeys via email at easylink@ct4n.co.uk.
There may be occasions when we can get you out and about on the same day, for example, cancellations made by other customers, so give the team a call from 08:30 Monday to Friday, to see if there are any journey slots available.
We will make every effort to meet your requested time, but we also try to accommodate other passengers on the Easylink vehicle so we may ask you to adjust your time slightly to fit our schedule and make more efficient use of the service.
Customers need to be ready to leave 10 minutes before their scheduled departure time.
Easylink Plus
Easylink Plus is available for journeys that are not operating within the Robin Hood Boundary. The cost for these journeys will be more expensive as the driver and vehicle will be operating further afield, therefore this will be reflected in the cost for your journey.
Easylink Plus is also available at the weekends and on Bank Holidays, however this will be reflected in the cost for your journey.
