Under 22 Tickets & Passes
CT4N has joined a new ticketing scheme being delivered in partnership with Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and other transport operators, which lowers the price of travel for those aged 19 to 21 years of age.
The aim is to support all young people by improving access to travel for work, leisure and study.
You can purchase on board the bus or you can take advantage of the discounted price available by purchasing a 19-21 Robin Hood Season Card.
To qualify you must be between the ages of 19 and 21 and have proof of a Nottingham or Nottinghamshire address.
Purchasing tickets on the bus
Before travelling, you need to ensure that you have:
- A passport or driving licence - Required to validate your age before purchasing your ticket
- And that you live in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire
Ask the driver for a 19-21 ticket and you will be charged £2.00 for each journey.
Season tickets and passes
You can also take advantage of special prices for 19-21 year old travel which available by purchasing a Robin Hood season card.
Robin Hood Pay As You Go discounts will soon be available, so keep checking this page for further updates.
These special priced tickets will be available until March 2025, at which point the scheme will be reviewed.
19-21 Pay-As-You-Go
Robin Hood 19-21 prices are now available to buy as Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) passes at travel centres, via the Robin Hood Ticketing App and at tram stop machines. Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council are working in partnership to deliver Nottinghamshire U22, a new ticketing price point on buses and trams across the county offering student prices to all under 22-year-olds. The scheme aims to support all young people by improving access to travel for work, leisure and study.
