Resurfacing Works - Kegworth - Station Road

Service Affected: 66

Dates: Tuesday 4th August 2026 Only

Resurfacing works will be taking place in Kegworth on Station Road between Mill Lane and Nottingham Road on Tuesday 4th August. This will result in Service 66 being unable to serve Kegworth and the service terminating at Sutton Bonington Campus.

Customers requiring bus services to Kegworth will need to contact Notts Bus On Demand and book a trip on Service Z4.

Resurfacing Works - Sutton Bonington 

Service Affected: 66 

Dates: Wednesday 12th August and Wednesday 26th August (Monday to Friday Only)

Due to extensive resurfacing work in Sutton Bonington between 12th August and 26th August 2026 during the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, Service 66 will have no choice but to operate between Sutton Bonington (Orchard Close) and Loughborough only. 

Outside of the above times, all journeys will operate as per their normal route.

There are no resurfacing works on Saturday's, therefore all journeys will operate as per normal.

Long Eaton Town - Road Closure

Service Affected: 29  

Dates: Monday 3rd August until Friday 4th December 2026

There will be a one way system in place between Long Eaton Green and Tamworth Road between Monday 3rd August and Friday 4th December 2026.

During this time, all journeys operating on Service 29 will operate as follows:

Journeys towards Sandiacre from Long Eaton ASDA

All journeys will operate via Wyvern Avenue Estate - This includes journeys departing at 07:00, 08:00, 09:05

Journeys towards Long Eaton ASDA from Sandiacre

All journeys will continue to operate as per their normal route

Bramcote Lane - Resurfacing Works

Service Affected: 18a   

Dates: Monday 3rd August until Thursday 17th September 2026

Following the completion of Gas Works along Bramcote Lane, the whole length of this road is now being resurfaced between Bramcote Lane Roundabout and the Admiral Rodney Pub.

Service 18a will will divert via Wollaton Vale and Trowell Road in both directions.

Queens Bower Road Bestwood- Resurfacing Works

Service Affected: 19

Dates: Wednesday 29th July until Thursday 6th August 2026

Due to resurfacing works on Queen Bower Road, Service 19 will divert via Oxclose Lane and Beckhampton Road in both directions.

Cross Street Arnold - Gasworks

Service Affected: 19  

Dates: Tuesday 28th July until Further Notice

Due to Gasworks taking place on Cross Street, Service 19 will divert via Church Street, Mellors Road and Redhill to Mansfield Road on all journeys in both directions.
