Service Changes January 2026

Following feedback from customers, there will be several changes to Services 18, 18a, 18b and 18x from Monday 26th January 2026.

Service 18

• A new journey is introduced from Stapleford to Nottingham. Starting at Stapleford Ilkeston Road at 05:18 - Beeston Interchange 05:40 - Beeston Rylands 05:44 - QMC 05:55 - Arriving in Nottingham at 06:03.
• Timing point changes along the route at afternoon peak to assist with late running.

Service 18a

• All journeys commencing from Wollaton will leave 1 minute later than currently advertised.
• Some minor timing changes along the route to reflect current traffic conditions.

Service 18b

• The current 06:00 and 07:00 journeys between Nottingham and Beeston Interchange will commence at 06:05 and 07:05.

• The current 06:30 and 07:30 journeys between Beeston Interchange and Nottingham will commence at 06:35 and 07:05.
• On Saturday a new journey is introduced between Beeston Interchange and Nottingham. This journey will commence at 18:50, arriving in Nottingham at 19:18.
• Current Saturday journeys from Beeston Interchange (16:47 and 17:50) will commence at 16:45 and 17:45 respectively.

Service 18x

• Afternoon journeys from Nottingham will commence at 16:20, 17:20 and 18:20.
• All stops between Nottingham and Stapleford will be served, including stops between QMC and Priory Island.
• Service 18x will be shown as a separate service on our website and app in the timetable section.

Timetables and Journey Planning

• Timetables will be available from early January on our website and for travel planning.
• Printed timetables will be available on bus from week commencing 19th January.
• Roadside timetable information will be changed week commencing 19th January.
