Queens Drive Park & Ride - Update

CT4N are pleased to advise that following a full site clear up and electrics being restored, that Queens Drive Park & Ride will re-open to everyone from Monday 22nd January 2024.

The re-opening of the site follows the extensive damage caused by Storm Henk early January.

Medilink will return to operating its full route between Queens Drive Park & Ride, QMC, Wilkinson Street & City Hospital from Monday 22nd January 2024.

Stop Closure - Leonard Avenue

Four way temporary lights will be in place from Monday 22nd January at the junction of Hucknall Road and Haydn Road. 

To ensure that Medilink operates with minimal delays, the bus stops known locally as Leonard Avenue (SH45 & SH57) will NOT be served until these works have been completed.

Medilink will divert via Perry Road and Nottingham Road in Basford during these works.

Customers who normally catch the Medilink service from Leonard Avenue can use the following alternative bus stops:

North Gate - Near the junction of Nottingham Road & Haydn Road

Bus Stop (BA72) Monsall Street - For journeys towards QMC

Bus Stop (BA77) Monsall Street - Foe journeys towards City Hospital

or

Perry Road - Near Captain Cod Fish & Chip Shop

Bus Stop (BA44) Wimbledon Road - For journeys towards QMC

Bus Stop (BA45) Wimbledon Road - For journeys towards City Hospital

There is no change to the timetable during these works.
