Fare Changes

There will be fare changes to some services from Sunday 29th March 2026.

National Fare Cap

The Maximum Single Fare remains at £3 per journey. 

Robin Hood Day Tickets (On Bus)

The Robin Hood Operators Group have agreed to price increases from Sunday 29th March across all services within the Robin Hood Scheme area:

• Adult Day tickets will increase to £6.90

• Under 19 Day tickets will increase to £4.60

Robin Hood Multi Operator Day Caps

• Adult Multi Day Operator Cap will increase to £6.90
• Under 19 Day Operator Cap will increase to £4.60
• Student & 19-21 Day Operator Cap will increase to £5.60

Single Operator Day Cap (CT4N)

• Adult single trip will be charged at £3.00 - Single Operator Day Cap £5.50
• Under 19 single trip will be charged at £2.00 - Single Operator Day Cap £3.50
• Student & 19-21 single trip will be charged at £2.50 - Single Operator Day Cap £4.50

Other Fare Changes

• Services 18/18a/18b/18x - Short Hop Fares in Stapleford and between Beeston Interchange and Beeston Rylands will increase by 10p
• Services 29/300/510/511 - Short Hop Fares will increase by 10p

We appreciate any increases to fares is unwelcome news, however the current war in Iran has seen the price of diesel we pay from our suppliers increase by nearly 40p per litre since the war began.

Other costs across the business have increased, including oils, lubricants, parts for vehicles alongside National Insurance increases have impacted the business in the last twelve months.
