Travel Assistance aids

We have many types of assitance cards bespoke to the customer for example:

  • If you have difficulty seeing the bus number, and would like to request a laminated A4 bus number card to hold out so that the driver knows that you wish to travel
  • If you would like an assistance card which lets the driver know they need to look at you when speaking so you can read their lips

If you struggle to use the main bus and tram network, easylink might be an alternative option for you. A fully accessible door to door service with rear left to help you get out and about around Nottingham. Visit the CT4N Charitable Trust page for more information and how to register.

Assistance Dogs

Trained assistance dogs are carried free of charge on every bus. Assistance Dogs are also permitted to travel on Medilink.
